If you are dissatisfied with any tutoring lesson, please inform us, we will provide a credit.

If you wish to cancel the online tutoring service, please let us know. We will gladly provide a refund for the unused tutoring lessons, no questions asked.

Online Tutoring Service Cancellation/Refund request must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.

Refund will be provided for the unused tutoring lessons after deducting 10% administration fee and $26 per lesson for lessons already taken for Grade 1 to 12 and $30 for Test Prep.

For example, if $249 was paid for a 10-hour pack for Grade 8. This subscription is cancelled after taking 3 lessons. We will deduct the administration fee 10% of $249 = $24.90 and cost of 3 lessons, 3 x $26 = $78 and refund the balance $249 – $24.90 – $78 = $146.10 to you.

The money-back guarantee is not applicable for Assignment help, for any Practice Worksheet, Practice Test Learning Package, Worksheet Learning Package, and Integrated or Comprehensive Test Prep Learning Package.
