Founded in 2008 in Glen Arbor, Michigan, and Bangalore, India, we realized tutoring could be made much more affordable and convenient, that too without compromising on the quality of education provided to students.

Our team has a collective experience of more than 100 years in education and technology. All eTutorWorld tutors are highly experienced and go through a rigorous selection process. We select only the best of the best! While all our Tutors are qualified, knowledgeable, and patient, they are also mentors who provide the guidance your child needs to succeed. FOUNDERS AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

Mukul Agrawal

Mukul is the President and CEO. He is passionate about using internet technology in education, and has held senior executive positions worldwide, with renowned companies like Unisys, Tata Consulting, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank.

Ashima Sarkar

Ashima is the K-12 Business Director. She loves teaching, and has extensive classroom and online teaching experience. She started her career as a coder with the Tatas. The career shift to the field of education has helped her combine the domains and contribute extensively to EdTech.

Alka Agrawal

Alka is the HR Director. She loves talking to people, making sure we hire the best staff, and that they are well looked after.

Susan Martin

Susan is our Partnership & Business Strategy Advisor. Former student-centered education advocate and 3 term NC State legislator with education policy, community engagement, and PTO leadership experience. Twelve years with IBM, MBA & BS from the University of Richmond. She lives in Nashville, TN, along with her family.

Marise Kumar

Marise is our Customer Strategy Advisor. She has held senior global leadership positions in Marketing and Customer Strategy at Lowes, Best Buy, Whirlpool and, Colgate Palmolive. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and now runs a boutique consulting firm called C2B Strategies.

Kathleen Currence

Kathleen is our Education Advisor. She has been a teacher, principal, and consultant in US public schools for 30 years. Residing in Dayton, Ohio, she is passionate about helping children learn and reach their potential.
